Our beliefs
As a location of Beloved Church, we share the same statement of faith.
01The inspired Word of God+
The Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God — our covenant with our Father. His will is His Word.
02One God in three Persons+
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
03The deity of Christ+
Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, crucified for our sin, risen bodily, and coming again.
04Salvation by grace through faith+
Salvation is a free gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ — apart from works.
05The finished work of the cross+
Every provision we need — forgiveness, righteousness, healing, and deliverance — is already accomplished in the finished work of Jesus.
06Baptism in the Holy Spirit+
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience for empowered witness and life in the Spirit.
07Divine healing & wholeness+
Healing of the body, soul, and spirit is provided in the atonement and available to every believer.
08The Church, the Body of Christ+
The Church is the living Body of Christ, called to love, unity, discipleship, and the Great Commission.
09The sacraments+
Water baptism and the Lord's Supper are the ordinances entrusted to the Church by Christ.
10The second coming+
Jesus Christ will personally, visibly, and gloriously return for His Church.
11Final judgment+
There will be a resurrection of the saved and the lost — the saved to everlasting life, and the lost to everlasting judgment.
12Sanctification+
Believers are set apart by the Spirit, growing in Christ-likeness through the Word, prayer, and community.
13Sanctity of life+
Every human life is sacred, made in the image of God, from conception to natural death.
14Biblical marriage & gender+
Marriage is the covenant union of one man and one woman, and God's design for gender is good.
